• Entry is open to all academic staff and students from universities, polytechnics, institutes, colleges, and schools (locally and internationally).

• Limited to FIVE (5) members per team, including the team leader.

​​

• Submission of extended abstract is in English or Malay. (For Arabic, the innovation title must be written in English and Malay).

​​

• Only registration with Abstract and PAID FEES will be recognised as participants (to be provided with the SUSED2025 Acceptance Letter).

​​

• E-Certificate will be provided to the Team Leader and will include all group members.

​​

• Best of the Best Award for each category will get a special plaque.

• Only registrations with an Abstract, PAID FEES and an Acceptance Letter will be processed and recognised as participants.
   

• All results are final; any correspondence about the results will not be entertained.
   

• The panel of judges or the organising committees are not liable in respect of any matters that arise from or are connected to the results of the competition.
   

• The organizers have the right to reject any entries that are below the video expectation requirements, plagiarism or have any sensitive/political issues.

• All registered participants will be entitled to win either Bronze, Silver & Gold, together with an e-Certificate.
   

• Best of the Best Award for each category will be given a special plaque.
   

• Only one (1) medal is provided per team. Meanwhile, the e-Certificate will include all of the group members’ names in one e-Certificate (softcopy).

• If you wish to get more than one (1) medal, please make a payment of RM 30 / USD 7 per medal. The extra medal will be posted to the same address given by the Team Leader.​

​​

• Medals will be posted by phases, at the latest by September 2025.

• The fees must be paid as per the category registered.

• Fees paid are not refundable.

• Changes in title and category will not be entertained.
