SUSED2025 FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No. Registration (including abstract and payment) closed on 30 June 2025. Thank you for your interest, and we hope to welcome you to SUSED2026.
Deadline: 20 July 2025, Sunday
Submit via this form: Video & Extended Abstract Submission Form
Duration: 3 – 5 minutes
Language: English, Malay, or Arabic (Arabic videos must include an English/Malay title)
Upload to YouTube (Unlisted or Public)
Submit YouTube link via the submission form
Required for: Category C (Educator - Research) & Category D (Student - Research)
Optional but encouraged for: Category A & B (Teaching & Learning)
Use the provided template in the Submission Guidelines
Upload to Google Drive and share the link in the form
Ensure your Google Drive settings allow “Anyone with the link can view”
Your Innovation ID is in your Official Acceptance Letter, which will be emailed to team leader's email within 14 days of registration.

Only one medal will be provided per team.
All participating teams will receive either Gold, Silver, or Bronze, depending on evaluation.
Requests for additional medals after the result announcement will not be entertained.
If extra medals are required, requests and payments must be made by 20 July 2025 via the same submission form here.
Payment: RM30 / USD7 per extra medal

All teams that complete their submission will receive:
e-Certificate (for all members)
Medal (Gold / Silver / Bronze – based on panel evaluation)
Publication in SUSED2025 e-Proceeding for all submitted extended abstracts (with e-ISSN)
Best of the Best Award (plaque – selected 4 teams only)
Video & Extended Abstract Deadline: 20 July 2025
Result & Award Ceremony: 20 August 2025 (Virtual)
E-Certificate Distribution: 26 August – 15 September 2025
Medal & Plaque Delivery Begins: Mid-September 2025 onwards
