Payment made is for per group. If you are participating in more than one group, kindly make a separate payment for each group.

Please observe the following: 

(a) If the team leader is a student, payment made should be categorised under Student.

(b) If the team leader is an educator, payment made should be categorised under Educator.

(c) Payment should be made under the Team Leader's name. 

After making the payment, download the Receipt of Payment and attach it in the Registration Form (Proof of Payment).

Fee paid shall be non-refundable.

Changes in title and category will not be entertained.

The Organising Committee of SUSED2025 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
